Basic thoughts are this....How many times has KC come into a game this year with the thought of "This is the game where we turn it around?" Well, it's too late. This team has been a disapointment all season long. No Priest, Trent Green is still banged up, and this team just can't put anything together for 4 consecutive quarters. They had a chance a few Monday's ago when they played NE, and failed. They've lost something like 4 out of 5, and I just don't see what can possibly change tonight.

I fell asleep after the ageless Andersen kicked the go ahead FG with about 2 min's left.

Funny to hear that you fell asleep, RSN.....I did too! Was 35-35 @ 2:00 warning when I drifted off (I don't know how you guys on the east coast ever make it to the end of a MNF game at 1:00 e.s.t.!).

After the FG, Chiefs marched down the field & scored to go up 42-38. Titans try a hook and lateral which is fumbled, scooped up by the Chiefs, and returned for a TD 49-38.

I guess s$%t like that happens when 2 unpredictable, inconsistent teams play each other. I didn't trust either team to win, so I just played the over. Better luck next week.

I'm usually wired for the whole MNF game and up until the last tick because I have $$ on it. But last night my only play was the over 52.5 which cashed easily halfway through the 3rd quarter, so I wasn't as edgy. And, interestingly enough, I had about a 6 pack, which apparently put me right to sleep! I guess I started too early (6:00). I hope you won some $$ on the game, whatever your play was.

But seriously, whenever I get to bed after midnight on Monday and have to get up at 6:30 to get to work on Tuesday, I always wonder how the poor dudes living on e.s.t. make it up on Tuesday. Maybe Tuesday is the highest usage day for sick leave?
